[Salarian Master Race]

Downloaded ME3 for PC tonight!

 

Just some random thoughts/game highlights:

 

Gift Packs gave me an Edi Bot.  Slapped a Katana I on her and hosted a U/U/B that ended up being Glacier Hazard/Reapers.  3 pugs joined on Wave 5, game was pretty smooth.  They stuck around for the second game.

 

Third game was Jade Reapers, no one and I mean NO ONE helped with any of the objectives.  3 and 6 were Pizza, which wasn't too bad.  10 was a hack in the dark grey corner, the 3 pugs got promptly raped.  I managed to solo the entire hack with 45ish seconds left to go.  One of the pugs left the game during that time.  For Wave 11, I hid in a corner and chain cloaked while the other two got Bansheed, then walked in with 8 seconds to go for the Lone Survivor Medal.

 

Game runs smooooooth, and actually looks good, compared to Xbox360.  Sounds are a lot better too.  I even heard a quote I've never heard before; friendly fire on the Edi Bot she said "Keep it up..." Though I don't play that kit on 360 so maybe she says it there too.

 

I've been around PC games most my life so controls are only a little wonky.  Still need to tweak the setup a bit.  Headshots are a LOT easier for me with mouse/keyboard.  I've never been good at precision aiming with thumbsticks.

 

Origin ID is SalInfMR if you need me to carry you through some Bronze matches.

Turning radius seems tighter too, I'm making hairpin turns that on 360 I would have stuck to like 42 walls

And you will find you can run right round the map without having to stop to re-align the camera. There are quite a lot of things that are much easier on PC. Like knowing if you have Fortification on

If my Geth Trooper is standing he has Fortification on, if he's dead he probably didn't

So derpy on console, "RUNRUNRUN, dead stop, turn 90 degrees, RUNRUNRUN, dead stop, turn 90 degrees, RUNRUNRUN"

 

When I have to clutch a Wave I alter it up with "walkwalkwalk, dead stop, turn 90 degrees" for lols

You know the mechanics, you know how to handle the controls. And with the edibot your ready for gold, at least with a reasonable good team.

Actually, no, it didn't work for me, but I could accept his FR. Maybe the Id didn't yet fully propagate across the Origin network.
