You realize this is zero day, right? Do you have any idea the sheer volume of support calls/posts that get placed immediately after a release like this? It's simply not fair to complain that there aren't enough CS reps to cover the 10,000 complaining people that stormed these forums today.

Which is why you test the game *before* it is released. FYI QA stands for "quality assurance" not "customer support".

They could also have just opened it early for beta. Then most of these issues would have been caught then as well. Beta is like cheap QA. We'll test for free!

Too bad even QA sometime doesn't really caught some game breaking bugs. I am thinking of eve's boot.ini incident was caught in the open beta but nobody reported it until post patch. Even wow has it's own share of lot bugs.
