I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, but I really wasn't sure where to put it.  I received an email stating that I would be getting a Shadowed Chest because I'd signed up for the Shadow Realms alpha that never happened.  

I decided I should probably try multi-player since I'd never tried it yet, but when I took a look under Free Chests, there was no Shadowed Chest.  I figured I'd contact customer support about it but I got the response back that they were unaware of any such offerings so there was nothing they could do.

 

I can't imagine such an email would go out without the appropriate people being notified so they could field questions.  

 

I'm sad that Shadow Realms will never happen and now I'm sad that I won't even get this chest.

I got it the day after the e-mail was sent out.

There's a thread about this in the MP forum: http://forum.bioware...shadowed-chest/ Apparently there have been some issues rolling it out. A BioWare employee is on the case.

Thanks for the info.  I think what blows me away was that support said they knew nothing about it
