Sure I could dig though 24+ pages for help but hoping someone knows what is going on.
I get this error launching ME2

Unable to authorize the listed DLC.
Please Log into the Cerberus Network with the account used to purchase the DLC
Dragon armor and terminus armor

Great where is the log in button? Everytime I click on download new content I get the Bioware page to create a new profile? I already signed in!

I think the problem is when I first put in the code I was signed into my first EA Account that I happen to remeber and forgot that I created a second one for Dragon Age.

This is just stupid IMO. Any help with this current issuse would be great.

FYI I might do what this guy did as well if it comes to it.

I'm having this problem, too. Is it solely related to the inability to log into Ceberus that Bioware says they're currently working on?

I get this problem, it appears as soon as the game loads before Cerberus has a chance to show on the right, even then once it has loaded and logged in it still shows every time I start the game.

Well I can log into cerebus thing and it authorize but the moment I load the game while offline to resume play I can't because you have to be connected to authorize it :( They say it isn't suppossed to work that way, that it should be like DA:O, but I have two choices now. 1. wait for patch before playing (Ewww) 2. Download the pirate's stuff to bypass the auth check, since they don't have issues (go figure)

Yet another DRM scheme that punishes legit buyers yet does nothing to prevent pirating... worth it Bioware?

Now I regret installing the DLC, it seems I cant play the game offline anymore. Is there a way to fix this/workarounds?

Hoping to change ISPs soon so I would be offline for a while. This DRM thing is rather unexpected. Should have warned beforehand that you would need to be online all the time to play the game with DLC.

For those of you having trouble playing off-line, you have un-checked the option to log-in to EA automatically, right? It's checked by default (bad idea, but I guess they didn't want people complaining they had to remember to log-in to authenticate new DLC) and the game will refuse to play off-line once it's tried to log in and failed. Once I turned it off, though, I was able to play off-line.

I unchecked auto-login to EA. Didn't work. Still locking me out of my own game, lol.

Same problem as the OP - mine specifically relates to the blood armour. I have an EA account (ME2) and a Bioware accouint (DAO). however I understood from many other posts that the blood armour DLC code IS transferrable across accounts and platforms so dont understand why i get this message every time.

Have to say, I think ME2 is brilliant but the way they have handled DLC is a complete mess.

Can't use the DLC when I'm offline too. Doesn't matter if I have auto-login to EA enabled or not. I understand the DLC validation but having to be always online to play a single player game is ridiculous (steam digital deluxe edition).

Does anyone know if there is any word about this from bioware?

problem lies with lack of balance between core content and DLC material, it's one of the reasons why in DLC missions you can save your game, but exit the game and you will not have a save game, there is no protocol controlling DLC and allowing it to work properly, I have that error as well with some other DLC, all I had to do is log out from my account in-game and log in again, the game should authorize the DLC only one time, and after that it should leave it alone, but Bioware screwed up and you have to go through it all the time, it's even triggered sometimes when you close the game into main menu and it tries to authorize everything again. Seriously, we paid for this **** and they laugh at us now, I hope ME3 gets announced soon, cuz those endless DLC packs are getting boring, also, I hope ME3 will have a DLC system in-game like DA:O, switching to website is a pain in the ass.
