Game would have to be private though, or you risk losing the slot when rejoining.

You're kidding right? How do you think I went from #1 to #24 on leaderboards in under two months. It's not like I didn't warn the devs back in Dec or anything.

Yeah, Marsha was kinda hot...though I wasn't much of a fan of the rest of the cast. Whole lotta "meh". Except for Alice.

 

Personally, I'm more stoked for the Avvar, though I guess having an Isabella will be kinda fun. I just hope they gave her some decent dialogue in the MP.

Admittedly I have limited evidence and I was pugging on a laggy host but both times we got demons.  On wave 5 I got ganked by two terrors and the DC in quick succession enough to stop me from escaping to safety.  

 

I'm used to one and the DC on Threatening but not all three of them at once.

 

Demon buff?  The rest seemed about the same.

Hmmm, while I do understand all the hate and call for nerfs against the AW, my most dreaded character in MP is actually the archer (even though I won't lie, I play him from time to time. Mostly if let's say I am doing other stuff and I need to play without actually putting any effort).

 

The archer is the most stupidly easy to play character in MP (the AW require at least a baaaaasic level of competence. I've seen lots of fail AWs). You just... shoot from a distance, nothing else. And if you've got the LotG or PbtM and a few promotions under your belt you're basically a killing machine. Things die before your team mates can get to them or before the things can get to you. Sure, he is not very survivable and is not a complete solo machine like the AW (was/is). P.S. However with a ring of life drain...

 

And don't let me get started on the elementalist... if you are in a bad team, just abuse flashpoint with FS until your teammates hate you.

The nerfducks might start calling for an archer nerf now that their pet peeve the AW has been chopped off at the knees, but the archer isn't nearly so amazing in PuG as he is in a coordinated group. He's great if your teammates can keep enemies off you- if not, he's dead. And this is as it should be.

The Archer relies on a team to get the heat. Not everyone has the ring of life drain. His powers aren't anything special on P either, so...
