Personally, I'm more stoked for the Avvar, though I guess having an Isabella will be kinda fun. I just hope they gave her some decent dialogue in the MP.

I'd also love getting some other DA2 characters apart from Isabella like Fenris! We need another decent warrior! 
Fenris will likely feature heavily in the next game, there's been heavy hinting on why he isn't around for DA:I.

Bringing back Shale or Sigrun wouldn't be the first time BW performed canon necromancy. Or brought non-canon characters into MP.

Awakened Darkspawn. And a darkspawn enemy faction. Make the playeable darkspawn look very similar to darkspawn enemies, for more bonus points.

They don't even need to look that similar. The number of times I've turned round and inadvertently katari charged our archer on the basis of "it's holding a bow, it must DIE"...
