I have the BiS bow and I high high cunning and willpower with Longshot ring and superb attack ring and I still ain't one shotting huge groups mobs in perilous. 

 

Do i need like 150 cunning for this to happen?

 

So If I'm not achieving that with PbtM or Griffon then tell me what bow I should be using? 

 

Also it's not like the Archer is generating an everylasting barrier to deal with the agro gained in perilous, It is exactly why you see more AW in perilous than Archers, if they were the be all and end all then everyone would be doing Archer only perilous runs, but instead it's and AW gang bang.

Bow of Cruel Redemption. It got a whooping base 27% Critical Damage Bonus

 

 

they can hit for 5k with lolshot ring and purple crit damage ring

 

 

Use this ring setup and the dex amulet.

you need bow of cruel redemption with 39% crit bonus/

 

these things are so rare though. 

so that is why most archers keep dying.

I have 3 of them... Not that rare. Crit is much like RNG of chest.
