I have a question...

 

With my Xbox One always connected to the internet (even in sleep mode), will it automatically download and install patches for DAI? I ask because I'm somewhat hoping it doesn't, lol. I like using item and money exploits in the game to bypass material and schematic farming and such. I'm assuming DAI is up to date with the latest patch, but I don't see anything indicating that's true (besides the lack of a prompting to update when loading the game).

 

Comparing it to another game I play: Halo MCC. I'm always prompted when there's an update, so...yeah. Thoughts? Thanks.

Auto-patching means that everything will auto-update, even when you're not playing/using it.  I can't comment about Halo MCC possbly being a special case.  I don't have it.

Okie doke. So it's probably safe to assume that my game has been patched, right?

Assuming that you have your system to be always on (the "off" button puts it on standby), and you allow auto-updates, yes.
