Hard to say. I guess in the abstract sense it'd be some equivalent fascist fictional strawman.
In actual practice the concept of SJW seems largely to find its opposition in angsty teen WASP neckbeards.

You are talking about people that want progress in social areas? well in that case, I will assume that you fail at observation and extrapolations in the more general sense.
Bioware was always more inclusive than others(probably because even their devs are SJW themselves), this is not news. Since most of their games seems to include more people in their stories it is only normal that more people that value inclusiveness appear in the fandom. This is simple really.

I will never understand the hate for St. John's Wart (aka apparently as SJW around these parts.) It's a lovely plant with a nice shade of yellow. Sure, it's poisonous to some animals, and hey okay some people think it is a weed, but let's let the love flow, okay? I support a SJW DLC for Skyhold that would. Who's with me??

I wouldn't call Bioware SJWs. They do certainly seem to be more liberal minded than other devs and are more inclusive, but that alone doesn't make them SJWs. That just makes them normal, good people.
There's allowing more inclusivity and equality for minorities (you know, like people should ideally be doing), and then there's crying out for "equality" while simultaneously condemning and railing against the majority (typically "oppressive patriarchy, i.e. straight white men), to the point of online harassment, doxxing, and idiotic Twitter campaigns (#KillAllMen and #DieCisScum are things that exist, let's not forget) while pretending to be the victims of perceived injustice when no actual injustice is occurring to them.
Bioware is the former thus far, not the latter. As a company, anyhow. Obviously I can't tell the mindset of the employees who comprise the company.

This seems very obvious to me. Bioware is more inclusive than a lot of other game companies, and so Bioware is going to attract people who (claim to) support inclusiveness.

Really the only actual representative I've ever seen anyone point to (besides basically tumbler) is some YouTube commenter or other. And those people really are more inclined to criticise Bioware than praise them.

I want progress in social areas and I don't use ideologies to justify harassing people online.
The guy that provides a decent job, pays his employer's full wage and doesn't overwork him is doing more for the social aspect than a lazy adult with a teenage complex who creates ten profiles online to discuss minority rights in a videogame forum.

I'm fairly sure pretty much every normal human being wants equality, but they don't all have to go shouting and doxxing people for it. Besides, things are pretty damn equal already, with the exception of trans people, but that's a heavy issue that'll take a lot of time to be solved. Gay people just got the right to marry in some states, and all of my country, I'd say that's pretty good so far.
SJWs try to change people's thoughts, not actual politics. Also Hilary Clinton's new campaign logo is incredibly stupid and pandering.
