 At the PlayStation store ?

For most time zones it should be. Europe will receive it on the 6th.

Yes, but it may not be available to those not in North America.

My impression is that Xenon employs a lot of different street urchins, as there's a reference to a young girl who used to give him baths. Something about only children having the light touch needed to keep him moistened without damaging his body.

As I joked over on the Cullen thread, I like to imagine that Urchin grew up to become "Jim", the nervous Inquisition messenger guy that we often see reporting to Cullen and getting yelled at, especially when he ends up being a Moment Killer.

Scout: Why do you put up with him yelling at you all the time?

Jim: Trust me, Cullen's a lot better than the last guy I worked for... but if he ever asks for a moist towel, I am outta here!

Was anyone else disappointed that despite having Urchin's supposedly running around the place, Thedas still doesn't have any children in sight except for Kieran? Was there some kind of plague or disaster, where are they?

And I kinda wish that Varric or some of our companions were able to come into the Emporium with you, we're in (or somewhere outside) Kirkwall again, the dialogue for Varric would practically write itself?

Lol Varric would be all Kirkwall nostalgic lol.

Was probably just a time constraint thing, but is kinda weird that there weren't any NPC children.

Yeah, was wondering why there wasn't many new things. Granted, for a free DLC, it's more than nice.

Maybe they'll be back in the next game. Considering a lot of the engine work for the next game was already done by making Inquisition.
