Patch 7 is out now and I still can't get all of Sera's war table operations to trigger. I honestly hope they plan on working this out soon because they only addressed this issue partly it seems and I'm sure there are probably other bugged operations that I haven't noticed yet.
Still dealing with War Table Mission issues.

It appears that the character controller is still a work in progress. DAI shipped with an incomplete character controller and the problem remains how to manage, track and prioritize character (NPC) quests and dialog to prevent conflicts. You are absolutely correct, every NPC with a potential conflict is at risk. Usually, you can find the conflict and clear it, if not back up to a point before the NPC started their quest
Can't get their server to cooperate at this end -saturated.

Does your comment also apply with things like accessories for abilities such as Cloak of Shadows not working or certain abilities like Flaskmaster not functioning correctly? Just curious if it's all related to that or if they're separate issues?
