so yesterday my ps4 gave the the black emporium update (large file with the 2 very funky new thrones so yes it was it), but where is the black emporium, its not on the war table, its not on my world map, I cant find it in val R, Or any other location, does a letter get sent to you or something have to happen first as I'm at a bit of a loss, either I'm stupid or its glitches lol, any help would be appreciated.

Go to the War Table. It'll have the Unlock Region thing over where Kirkwall is.

The large update with 2 thrones was the Patch, not the DLC. DlC isn't an update but downloaded separately. Once you have added the Emporium DLC to your game then you access it via the war table.

Big update was with something for MP. For Xbox One Black Emporium is separate file  but it's available in a shop and for gold account owners right now. Don't know if it's not this same with PS ( I mean if it's not available by PS store)

I know the DLC's are not available through Origin yet, in my country anyway . I haven't check the PS store personally. Xbox has it already.

Yeah they were nice and released the thrones with the patch instead of the DLC, which is confusing a lot of people. I just had my boyfriend check his ps store and the DLC's aren't available yet (australia)

The DLC is out already for Xbox (it released early, for whatever reason).

That's the patch, the DLC release may 5th.  Some parts are in the patch, some are in the DLC.  You will need to DL the DLC when it is available on your platform in your region.

 

Approx times #Dragonslayer is available (all times PDT):

- JPN: 9am

Seriously just loaded into my game, ready to check it out, but nothing. There was even a patch download, wtg? I thought HE was supposed to be in a patch, so you're saying it's a separate download and I need ps store for it? Omfg, and why xbox got it early, although I actually expected this to happen, I'm just disappointed these Xbox early releases keep happening. 7:42 am here in NY, nothing yet. Sheesh 3 pm, really? -.- I'm on ps3 guys. And if BE wasn't the patch I just installed, what was it???

Microsoft historically plugs this sort of weekly updating in earlier than Sony; that's all that's going on here, really. It's like this most of the time. Their platform has its new content earlier in the day pretty much as a rule. The only timed exclusivity arrangement EA had with Microsoft regarding Dragon Age: Inquisition was the first single-player DLC, something which was announced way back in June of last year. PlayStation fans like ourselves shouldn't need to worry about it being the norm going forward. (With this title, that is.)

Ouch, sorry to hear that. I only said xbox did have it because I have friends who play on xbox and they already have it installed and playing.

Well that sucks, according to that I won't be able to access it till tomorrow! So sick of this sort of crap, everyone should have been able to access it at the same time!

As nice as that would have been, BioWare's servers would have crashed and burned with the world trying to get the files at the same time.
