Excitedly downloaded the new patch for ps4 thinking it was the Black Emporium, Two hours later, running around like an idiot trying to figure out where the hell it was, only to find out that its not out on the UK PSstore yet 
oh well, tomorrow it is then.
Ah well.... it seems I will have to wait until 6pm.

Yeah man I can't figure it out because all the signs tell me I should be able to download itOuch, sorry to hear that. I only said xbox did have it because I have friends who play on xbox and they already have it installed and playing.

Biggest bummer for EU PS4 players is that they won't even get it at 6 may 9 in the morning, they're gonna have to wait till (early) evening.

Go to the War Table. It'll have the Unlock Region thing over where Kirkwall is.

The large update with 2 thrones was the Patch, not the DLC. DlC isn't an update but downloaded separately. Once you have added the Emporium DLC to your game then you access it via the war table.
Well that's just freaking stupid lol. Seriously, why in the hell would they put it as DLC separate from the patch?! Oh, Bioware....you continue to find ways to stun me.
As nice as that would have been, BioWare's servers would have crashed and burned with the world trying to get the files at the same time.
Funny other companies manage to release dlc to everyone at the same time, so sorry that excuse is a huge pile of BS … Given how they have continually crapped on PS4 users I have now cancelled my pre-order of ME4 and I won't bothering with Jaws of Hakkon till after I have finished with Witcher and a few other new games that don't go in for all this exclusivity BS. They stated Black Emporium was going to be released to EVERYONE at the same time on May 5th to then make a portion of your fans wait another day after that is absolute CRAP.

This. The times are all different mostly due to the consoles. Origin marketplace update is all on EA but the rest is on Sony on Microsoft since this is DLC, not an expansion or new game and it's free so not a priority for them.

My PS4 is my first foray into PlayStation Land (previously a proud XB360 player), so I wasn't aware of just how bad Sony's PS Store actually was. The patch downloaded for me yesterday which was quite exciting, since - like a lot of people here - I assumed getting it a day earlier than promised was to enable us to have access to the Black Emporium first thing this morning. I couldn't understand, therefore, why it didn't become available today, and I've been checking the PS Store hourly to see if the DLC appeared there. When it didn't, I began to assume there was (yet) another glitch in the game.
I'm pretty annoyed that it looks like I won't now get the DLC until a day after it was supposed to be available, but thanks to you guys, at least I now know the reason and where the blame really lies. I guess the internet does serve some kind of purpose, after all!
Yet as I stated other companies manage it! So yeah stil a huge steaming pile of BS to make European PS4 players wait till tomorrow for something everyone else gets today!
Sony doesn't update the marketplace on a game by game basis. It's the entire marketplace. It's Sony you should be complaining at.
It's now on Origin in the US! I was in game after the patch, trying to find it... tabbed out and saw the little puzzle piece had shown up in the Origin cover art that says there is new DLC.
I just need to know when it's available on PS4 in California. Since I can't check atm.

I had the same problem but I closed the game, checked Origin to see that it BE is truly installed and then opened the game again. Now it shows.

???? I am on PC and the only new thing I got was a war table quest called "all that glitters"
Never mind.. downloading it now
