Unless I missed it, I haven't seen anywhere on the entire forum where people mentioned what was their favorite mission in the game. I think Bioware needs some kind of feedback on which missions they did best in the game. It can be from any mission in the game, ex: main mission, side mission, companion mission, etc.

I think my most favorite mission was FOR THE EMPIRE because to me it was the most unique and unexpectedly cool part of the whole game. I still loved the whole game as well, but the reason why I loved this mission the most is how unexpected the revenant busting down the door, and that actually got me scared for the first time in the whole game, and the super cool elven beam of fire. I think Skyhold should use that beam of fire as a defense mechanism  ;)

Side note for Bioware: Would you consider implementing a 5 star rating at the end of your missions for future Dragon Age, and Mass Effect games. Assassins Creed have done this in some of their most recent games, and I think it helps the developers know what parts they are doing really well, and not so well.

I really like the zone mission chain in The Hissing Wastes, tracking down all these journal pages, dwarf tomb puzzles etc. The chain takes you all around that zone it's interesting.

I think I liked Old Crestwood's side quest the best.

I also enjoyed capturing the keep in the Western Approach, but that's just because we get to meet Knight-Captain Rylen afterwards.

temple of mythal, hands down

1) there are multiple endings

2) there are multiple paths leading to an ending (violent, non-violent and some variations)

3) there is optional side quest component (war table mission, but still) that grants another ending

4) it's a main quest (location) so the inquisitor has few dialogue options instead of just accept/refuse

5) the only time i felt slapped by the narrative is when party went through the mirror, up until this moment it was a blast

6) no collectables

7) generic puzzle (another high school computer science "riddle", thank the Maker it's not the towers of hanoi), but still it's a puzzle

Storming Adamant Fortress was my favorite, I like big battles and that one even had a dragon.

Also, Loghain. Everything with Loghain in it is 100% better.

Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts, first time we got to see Morrigan......also the bonus of getting the choice to embarrass and kill a snobby b***h.

Oh.......and the dwarf inquisitor dancing is hilarious

In Hushed Whispers.

Somehow I lack feels in DAI meaning it feels bit blant to me, I don't get touched much or feel desperate, heroic, anything like that. In Hushed Whispers was the quest that made me feel like, wow this alternative universe really sucks, we have to kill Cory ASAP and it gave that apocalyptic feel that game otherwise lacked.

From the main story I enjoyed Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts the most.

Though the attack on Adament Fortress is quite epic as well.

Hurrmmmm.

1. In Hushed Whispers

2. What Pride Had Wrought

3. In Your Heart Shall Burn

Wicked Eyes was pretty amazing, though. XD

If we're talking things less main-questy, though, Crestwood was pretty great. Being able to effect the region like that was awesome. Also, dragon fights, yasss. <3  (sorry, dragons D:)

Just a suggestion but maybe people should mention what in particular they liked about certain quests? If the purpose is feedback we don't want Bioware to be guessing exactly what about each quest people liked.

Edit: One of the ones I liked was the Grandfather one where you can perform the ritual to "resurrect" Grandfather. It reminded me of the Pinch of Ashes quest from Origins and I enjoy the idea of legends having some truth and of how integrated magic is in the world.

The Mage time travel quest. But I love Leliana and she was beast in that quest.

As far as main missions, I really liked Here Lies the Abyss. Getting to see the Inquisition in action was nice, and the Fade half of the quest was probably the best implementation of the Fade in the franchise.

For the central quests of the zones, the Emprise had my favorite, though the Hissing Wastes' grew on me over time. I hated it in the beginning, though. The Emprise's had a very strong central narrative tied to the main quest (destroying the Red Templars' red lyrium sources and stronghold), while the Hissing Wastes' fit the zone's tone very well, and gave a certain sense of discovery. Crestwood, the Hinterlands, and the Western Approach had similar positives for me.

So far, it's got to be the Envy quest, Templar recruitment mission.  I liked the introduction of such a creepy and clever new demon, and fighting to get out of your own mind was very well done.  The Sandal-looking dwarf was an odd but welcome shout-out.  I also liked how the demon toyed with the player about what they would do if they won.  It was also a fitting way to introduce Cole as well.

The Mage side mission was fantastic and also excellent, but I preferred the Envy demon because it added something new and creepy to the lore.  I doubt that the writers will really address time magic again, but I could see us as players dealing with another Envy demon in future games.

That's real?  I thought the fans made that up.  I haven't done the Sera romance.  I probably won't, because she ended quite firmly in the little sister category.

Yep. It's true!!

Although, you don't actually see it or anything. Would make an interesting mini game though ;)

I already played through the massage mini-game in FFX-2, I think I'm good with a DA styled pubic hair grooming mini-quest.  Thanks for that mental image though.  :P

With Leblanc, when you're breaking into her hideout.  It's fully clothed, but let's just say the noises she makes are...suggestive.  It's up on youtube if you're curious.

I may or may not have done completion runs of the game several times.  And I like the song 1000 Words.  No hate please.   :P
