My gamertag is linked to the incorrect EA account. So what i did was create another ea account and simply swapped the email addresses around so that my gamertag is now linked with the ea account with the correct email address. Will this work?

ok so you guys didnt get my what i was saying or maybe you did but i was asking if your USER name on this website has to be the same as the gamertag or EA user name account?
EDIT: i have the same email but its not letting me download it, its making me buy it for 1200 points and i cant get my inferno armor either im going to try again once i get home
