I don't want to be negative, it is free after all, and I love that I can buy Dragon Bones since I long ran out of dragons to kill.
Only one codex thingy in there though? Only like 6 things total you can interact with at all! Where's all the fun little things like the bucket of mismatched socks and stuff from DA2? I don't really need the gear at this point, I just wanted a little amusement 
I was really hoping for the ability to save and share face codes, but I'm happy with just the ability to tweak my characters face. I'm happy with it.

You go to the War Table to open it (Cullen will get you to Kirkwall) and after that, it's easy access on your World Map.

You have to download the DLC yourself from the online store, after that the war table mission should be available.

I thought this DLC was underwhelming. I hate to complain, since it was free, but this DLC was a let down. Maybe i'll enjoy it more as part of future runs.
The Black Emporium was far better in DA2, with all the codex entries and interesting stuff there.
At least there were two codex entries, and some nice weapon descriptions.

A good addition to the game imo. People were expecting too much for no reason.
The mirror is awesome. The best schematics are a bit overpriced but you are not supposed to buy everything anyway. There are tons of cheap tier 2 schematics you can buy before skyhold. Being able to buy cloth and leather materials is really nice. Some of those purple accessories are pretty good too.
I would definitely be disappointed if i had to pay for it though.

To be fair, there was absolutely nothing to indicate that there would be new hair styles in the Black Emporium, so I don't know if you can really hold that against them.
I am most nervous about the indications that the focus is still on the schematics instead of actual valid unique weapons and armors.
Cool unique weapon based schematics but miffed that there is no arms or legs schematics included there that I saw.
What did you expact? Its a free piece of DLC that lets you remodel your characters(which is great!) and gives you the chance to buy rare crafting materials(which is also great!).
It's a free minor piece of DLC that is very welcome. The nose of my inquisitor is too big. WAY too big, and it needs adjustment.
I for one am glad that there is now at least one good T3 longsword schematic available, which doesn't look too bad.
Still several hours away for Playstation players :|

It's a bit underwhelming, but the one thing I'm grateful for personally is the Dalish Warror Armor! I couldn't find that no matter where I looked or was told to look. Specifically that tomb you have to desecrate to enter.
