Log out of Origin and back in again and see if it shows.

There's a thread in the Spoilers forum. Apparently the Black Emporium is not in the patch. The DLC has to be downloaded separately.

 

Also - according to that thread - it's not yet available everywhere for every platform. For the PS3/PS4, for example, it won't be available in Europe until tomorrow.

 

I don't know if that's true but I certainly haven't been able to find it in the PS Store yet, so it seems likely.

Xbox One in the UK you need Xbox Gold to get it now otherwise it's unavailable even though it gives 5/5/2015 as the release date.

A good tip from another thread - after you've "purchased", downloaded and installed the Black Emporium (separately from the update patch), when you start up your game again make sure you log into the Dragon Age servers from within the game (separately from Origin), at least if you're on PC.

 

I'd installed the DLC but it wasn't showing up in my game, and apparently I needed to log into the servers for it to show up properly on the War Table.

I had to download it one more time. Now I can find it.

Heh. I didn't realize that the BE was a separate download. I play a modded game because I'm allergic to beige, so I went through all the aggro of getting my mods to work... and then I couldn't find the BE. Thinking that it was a mod incompatibility, I uninstalled all my mods and tried again. Obviously, I was still unable to find the BE. So I thought I botched the patch installation, so I deleted the patch folder, reinstalled the patch, and still couldn't find the BE. So, I figured that if I was going to play without the BE, I might as well do so in something other than beige pajamas, so I reinstalled all my mods. And then I saw the download in Origin. Thankfully, I did not have to reinstall my mods. Three hours later, I finally got to go to the Black Emporium... where I discovered that the only schematic he carries that I hadn't found through farming was the Superior Prowler Coat. Well, that was the one I wanted anyway, so it's all good.

Just go to the Playstation Store and get it there.  It's a free game add on.  You don't automatically get it with the patch.

It's still unavailable for me but it says I can get it early with Xbox Gold. I'm not subscribing to gold just for BE. Any idea why it isn't out yet?

The latest patch should download and install automatically on PS4. Takes about 90 minutes (or longer if you're using the PS4 for anything else at the same time!)

 

For the Black Emporium DLC, go to the PlayStation Store. It might not show up in the DLC section yet but, if you search for Dragon Age: Inquisition, it will be listed with the "other" or "additional" items (can't remember the exact terminology - sorry!).

 

It wasn't there yesterday, but I found it was there first thing this morning.

I've had an Xbox for years and in order to get updates or add ons I've always had to have Xbox Live Gold.  

No Gold is just MP on Xbox One you can go online without it and I've all the patches even got JoH. It's just saying that BE isn't available yet but that I can get it early with Gold which costs $36 for the year.

The patch was out a couple of days ago though. It did prep for the new DLC and added some new thrones if you have DA:O and DA:2 on your account.

I was pretty happy to get the schematics of legend, it annoyed me that I couldn't get Calpernia's Staff of Corruption, at least now I can get the model. And the Wrath of Lovias too.

I think it's nice we can buy dragon related crafting items without having to actually kill a dragon now. I may not kill any now in my new playthrough.

Not sure if I'm in the right spot, but the Black Emporium is STILL not available for Xbox 360 for non Gold members. Anyone have any idea what the release might be?

Also, I couldn't find a Schematic for Tyrrda's Staff....  I liked the way that looked ever since origins....
