Now that the game is out is there a chance that the Blood Dragon Armor will be released as a DLC? If so will it be a free DLC or will I have to pay for it?

Blood Dragon Armor has been overdone IMO.
It's better than the armor we have in this game. Plus it is iconic, and many people like it. So why shouldn't it be an option?
