I've crafted the dragon's call 2x, and there's no option for ferelden castle as a destination in either quick match or create match. Am I doing something wrong? The in-game explanation of how this works is seemingly non-existent.
Multiplayer not working?

Are you from Europe? (Kanske rentav Sverige? 
) What platform are you on, PS4? In that case the DLC will be available tomorrow, dragons and all.

I'm in the USA and playing on PC. The new characters are available through armor crafting and the splash screens about the dlc are in-game. Unfortunately no ferelden or dragon option anywhere I can find

Double-check that you have installed the Dragonslayer DLC.
On Origin, right-click the Dragon Age Inquisition poster in the "My Games" section, select "View Game Details", and scroll to the bottom to see the list of DLC. The "Dragon Age: Inquisition - Dragonslayer Multiplayer Expansion" should be listed as Installed. If it isn't, click on "Get It Now" to start the process of installing it.
