I have reached level 60 at the beginning of my third round of playing the game. I have tried to start my profile on ME2 with level 60, but it will only load level 59(my last level when I completed the game second time around). Can I load my lvl 60 character on me2 as is or do I have to complete my third round of playing me1. Will I gain anything extra from lvl 59 vs lvl 60 on me2?
Thanks,
A.F.

Apparently the character importer will only recognize the auto-save file that saves right after you beat Saren and after the credits scroll in ME1. I wouldn't bother playing through again simply to get to 60. You just get bonus credits, mined ores, and start at level 3 instead of level 1. Personally, I don't think another full play through of ME1 would net much more than a few more credits.

Sorry bud but your going to have to finish your third run of me1 to set that level 60 endgame save mass effect 2 needs. Tough luck.
EDIT: You start at lvl 5 when you import a lvl 60 character not lvl 3. You also get 10000 of each upgrade material as well as 10000 credits.
