This... honestly bothers me, because it was confirmed she was still in the Gallows. And that she was spreading Red Lyrium all over the place such that it had to be quarantined.
Like.... really Bioware? Do you enjoy just breaking your own lore and creating inconsistencies?

He finds her infinitely more attractive now. They're going to be lovebirds and you'll hear their cries all throughout Kirkwall.

Bioware certainly wouldn't have re-used the same pose, with the exact same appearance, and just made it "someone else". I mean, theoretically it could be someone else since her fate is something that can happen to those that try to draw too much power from Red Lyrium too soon, but I would've thought Bioware would at least create a different pose for such a person rather then re-use Meredith's pose.

The red lyrium was spreading and had to be quarantined? I didn't know that. I suppose Kirkwall must have been happy to give it to Xenon in that case, maybe he had Thaddeus carry and it had to go for a cleanse of some sort.
