Aren't shields powered by mass effect fields anyway? Kinetic Barriers might not be the exact same as biotic barriers, but they share enough similarities that this seems like a dumb argument. Should I throw a fit because my batguard has a blue barrier bar instead of a "proper" purple?

I know it says barrier and it's purple in-game, but they specifically say "shields" and functionally they work the same for players. The difference is purely aesthetic.

Can't decide between warlord (because golfing is so much fun), or the vanguard (because of the original comedy match with scorpion).
Either way, I think they are great because they introduced 'stop whining!' to my house. Even my kids say it to other kids

I don't care about the best, but my fave are KroSol and Spitfire + melee Lord. My least fave by a longshot are the Vanguard and Adept, but mostly the Vanguard I dislike most.

Urdnot clan krogan are the best! Their battlemasters and shamans are powerful enough not to need puny helmets to enhance their headbutting! Also, their scouts value the use of hard-hitting sniper rifles. Strong and smart. AHAHAHAHAHA!
