My group(s) have just been making this dragon our ****** over and over. Lol.
Anyone else agree the dragon is too easy?

Fought him once on xbone on threatening, and he seemed easier than the faction bosses. But i'll hold my judgement until I can fight him on perilous on the PS4 (main account).

I am talking about perilous though.

I wouldn't say easier than faction bosses, but the fact you fight the dragon by herself makes the fight much simpler.

The dragonlings are pretty weak. Honestly for my duelist they only serve to get my Elusive up so I can swashbuckle their mum, lol. And what I mean is, when she is landed the babies stop spawning. They're just time fillers really.

He's easy on threatening IMO. But perilous is quite challenging, at least this is my impression. He is immune to a lot of things. I brought along elementalist to a game with fire dragon and that was a bad idea.

It's way easier than the faction bosses due to the nature of the area you fight in. The cover is sparse, and destructible on top of that, so archers are a real issue for normal bosses. The dragon on the other hand has no way of overwhelming a barrier, so it's just a matter of time until you grind through his health. The little dragonlings it summons are a complete non-issue really, they might even be beneficial for heal on kill if you took some damage.

After hundreds of promotions
You should ask yourself some questions.

I haven't had the chance to play the new DLC yet but by the sound of it, archers are still the kings of party wipes.

Dunno, but he's definetely more FUN than the commanders, ! Just had my first fight with it and i will say on perilous : actually getting to him is WAY harder than fighting him, LOL, ferelden castle gives a big F you to campers and safespotters, but it's the most fun ive had in DAI since the first day i played it

Agree. Ferelden castle is more like a really long, bossless Zone five than the simple dungeon crawl the rest of the maps are. It's very refreshing and enjoyable.

Dragon is easier because there aren't any archers, brutes, to contend with, it's just really her and some dragonlings.
still could have more health or something i mean the ones on story take a long time this one is dead in no time.

I also agree. The new map can be annoying when you are grouped with PUGS that don't know how to work in a team but with a group with some remote semblance of party awareness it is a lot more fun than grinding the other maps. Now I just need a reliable group I can speed run with to grind promotions and I'll be ecstatic with MP.

The ones on story take a long time? Maybe if you're undergeared. With good gear (crafted) and effective builds they die in under a minute.
It's the same in MP. With my stats (level 20 blues and 5 overall promotions) they are tough and take an enormous time. With high end epics and hundreds of promotions it's no wonder you dominate everything.

It's almost like we need another difficulty for people with high promotion levels...
Just let us fight 5 dragons at once and that should do it.

Stop complaining about the ease of the dragon until you have farmed all the weapons from it.

Don't go killing dragons with itemlevel 21-24 epics and numerous promotions.... You can't blame the devs for not pandering to the few players with x hundreds or even thousands of hours in. Every game gets easy if you push the system to the limits.
