Whenever I attempt to enter the place after unlocking it on the War Table, the game becomes stuck on a black screen and stops loading. After I exited the game via Task Manager, I tried going onto Origin offline and then reopened the game. Seemed to work at first, but as soon as you touch the Mirror of Transformation it'll become stuck again on a black screen and not load.
Has anyone had these issues on their pc thus far?
EDIT: And I apologise if I had posted this in the wrong area, I just assumed feedback was the place.
Is Anyone Having Issues with the Black Emporium?

Did you use mods?
I do use mods. I'll try and remove them to see if it does the trick.
EDIT: I turned off the mods and AT FIRST it seemed to work...but no. It STILL refuses to load and gets stuck on a black screen as soon as I touch the mirror. ARGH...I mean, sure, I was able to enter the Emporium and buy all the schematics just fine. Just can't seem to change my characters' features.
EDIT: Aww great...ANYTHING related to Jaws of Hakkon makes the game crash for some annoying reason. I checked that the mods were turned off and still got the same result.

I'm having the same issue on the PS 4. Eventually it does load the War Room (Skyhold) but everything is locked up except the camera can rotate. That was with a high level character.
Tested again with a low level character at Haven and it does the same thing.
Contacted EA chat support. Was given the usual wrong solutions (i.e. I should check Origin). When I advised I had a PS4, was told to check my ping... head bang. Anyway, eventually his supervisor told him it's now a known issue. Then they closed the case. Good thing I've got other games going. Like Witcher 3 and a beta coming up on the PC.
As far as I know on the PS4 there's no way to uninstall The Black Emporium - I'd probably have to uninstall the whole game and download it all again - not going to happen.

PS4. War table doesn't load anymore on any characters, so I can't continue any playthroughs.

I have the problem to find the emporium. After the patch I got the thrones but there is no black emporium on the war table. Can someone advise? I play on the PS4. Thanks in advance!

The BE is a separate download. It is not part of Patch 7.

YES!!! I play on both the PS3 and the PS4 and I have the issue on the PS3! I have yet to download it on the PS4. So glad I'm not the only one having issues.

I was about to cry yesterday!! I couldn't find it on the war table but I also couldn't find it in the psn shop. I will try again later. Thank you so far for your reply!

I've managed to fix my issue on the PS3. I downloaded it again from the PSN and the war table is now fine. Try downloading it again from PSN/Origin/XboxLive if you're able - hopefully it should work.

See I have the opposite problem. The Emporium is working fine for me, but my thrones never showed.

Did you played DA:O and DA2? Only than you get the thrones.

Now its in the Shop! Finaly I can download the DLC. I'm about to cry again but this time out of happienes TToTT But I sware it wasn't yesterday. Thank you guys!!

Yes I played the other games. (As you can see, I have the logos for both under my avatar) My game updated and everything upon start up, but no thrones.

For some reason The Black Emporium does not show up on my war table. I downloaded it, restarted it and made sure I was sign in and I still can't find the Black Emporium. The thrones show up, but no BE.
Anyone else having this problem?

That might be a blessing until they fix it. I cannot play since I installed the BE DLC. I keep checking here and a few places looking for a solution but nothing so far. And ZERO info from EA/BioWare about it other than a chat support supervisor said it's a known issue. That doesn't help until there's a known solution.
Hard to tell if it's a rare problem or more widespread.

Black Emporium not on my wartable either, seems like quite a few people are having the same problem. Origin Help is not much help at all. Playing on PS3 tried reinstalling the BE download from PSN still no joy. Read somewhere that if you have download the new Multiplayer that should fix it, done that...nothing. Signed into origins through customer portal and pretty much everywhere else, not fixing it...this is incredibly frustrating, but what can I do ay

I actually was able to fix the problems I was having with the patch by completely uninstalling the dlc AND game data from my PS3 and reinstalling it. Well, mostly fixed. I still don't have the Kirkwall throne, but I wanted the Fereldan one anyway so....
