Easter Eggs!

(let us create a list of hidden gems)

As you walk around the main level of the Winter Palace, you will find a bard located behind Solas. If you turn up your speakers, you can hear the bard playing “Dragon Age: Origin’s” theme songs.

Has anyone else found anything interesting?

One of the landmarks (in that desert map): "Can I get you a ladder, so you can get off my back?"

My brother's Quizzy found that too, but we can't seem to replicate it again. Thought it was a collision bug from jumping too much.

Didn't the one of the devs mentioned/leaked (?) that Skyhold has an easter egg that no one seems to be able to find... And also one in the Graves?

Gonna copy+pasta this from my other thread—DA2 easter egg.

There's also a "Holy Grail" goblet in the Western Approach.

It happens when the map/assets don't fully load and you open the door to Solas's study room. So if you open it when you just loaded into the room and walk right in when the floor isn't there, you'll find him again :D

Also, if you get too close, it disappears, and you can only see it from certain angles.

I made a thread about this and those consumed by semantics started bitching it wasn't a technical easter egg instead of commenting on the discovery, but here it is.

There's Qun, Gurns and Steel, which is clearly a reference to the book Guns, Germs and Steel by Jared Diamond.

During Champions of the Just, Cole is also sitting on the scaffolding above where Barris greets you, while above him on the battlements, there's a bird that's glowing green, that probably is the Envy Demon spying on your arrival.

Oh, snap! I've actually red a little of Guns, Germs and Steel on college! I thought it'd help me write my essay about ancient ranged weapons. Didn't. Still, wasn't a bad book. Would maybe read the whole thing eventually. Was busy, though.
