Why is there the schematic for the staff of corruption but not for certaincy?

Now that the BE has dropped, I hope that from time to time they add in new items there. May not happen, but one can hope!
The very term "legendary schematics" just screams Vigilance and Starfang to me; and at least the latter item is available already in multiplayer. Starfang ranks under the Sulevin Blade, but it is nice to have both in my arsenal!
