The jealousy is strong in this one. Obviously no time at all, rolling in dragon loot, killing them faster each time too! There's no skill involved in the RNGods, just lots of dice rolls.

Clearly other people haven't been luckier than I, sometimes gaining 3x weapons in a row, or already receiving all the dragon loot possible. Clearly.

I think it was a bad choice to allow most dragon kills to reward you with nothing.

This is simply not true.

Well, all I have is my experience today and what others report. 8 runs and only got one low level common item. Used up 7 calls (because most puggers are cheap *sses standing around the gong). Granted this is only threatening, but that is several hours worth of play. Will do some perilous runs tonight and see how big of a difference it is.

Get over yourself, not everyone has the time for 40 dragon fights within 24 hours of the release of the DLC.

And FYI, the 4 months I've been playing, I never used the exploit super charge my character.

Also there are those people who are luckier and get 10 LBotG when someone who has played the same time has got none.... So why hide the RNG dragon slot machine behind a paywall.

An efficient team can lead a dragon run on perilous in less than 15 minutes.

edit: My suggestion, if I understand, would be to reduce the paywall for easier difficulties. It makes sense for the perilous dragon, especially with the chance of dropping end-game weapons, but not so much for routine/threatening. The paywall is however necessary because of the dragon weapons.

Video? Screenshot your before and after gold & inventory at least. I've never gotten 'nothing', just usually salvage fodder (or gold). The item may not show up on screen at the victory pose, but post victory rewards screen always shows something occurring. If you're getting absolutely nothing, with proof, then that's a bug.

Also what platform do you play and what difficulty?

ps3. no way to screen shot. Nothing is shown occuring. We get normal gold from the match, it just doesn't drop after a dragon victory. This happened on threatening. The one victory I had where I got anything was on routine. I really don't care if you don't believe me and everyone else who is having the problem. Hyperskeptic all you like--all I care about is bioware investigating.

Not true for who, you? Wonderful, everyone! Drasca's not having the problem, so that means you're not having the problem! Non-problem solved!

No smartphone? You don't exactly have to have great pictures. Information helps BW investigate you know.

Really ??? Wow, just wow man,..

Multiple people in the community reporting this and you say screenshot or it didn't happen?

I play PS4 perilous, and have gotten nothing, zero loot on 50 percent of my kills, no card after match, no new item in my inventory, Nothing.

I gotta read it first somewhere. It just so happened to be here. Personally I think it is a bug, and should be treated as such, reported as such in the right thread, with the right contextual information (platform, difficulty, etc). Pictures always help demonstrate and troubleshoot bugs.

I know a lot of people here can do Perilous all day, but not everyone can. In fact, the vast majority of the playerbase probably can't. I've only beaten 2 Perilous games. This makes the dragon loot a little backwards because people who need better gear to actually play Perilous can't get it, and the people who can play Perilous 40 times a day obviously don't need the gear.

Then you'll just have to be more patient. I never claimed playing 40x a day, and the 'vast majority' of playerbase doesn't 'need' end game gear. They're chase items for a reason. Be it luck and circumstance, or long hours of grinding. Some people will get it early, some people will get it later (that try), and those that never try will likely not get it at anytime soon at all.

I got a dragon dagger on my first dragon perillous.

I had a very good PUG team though , guess it was a lucky night.

Those dragons are a scam.

I defeated them 3x on Perilous and 2x on Threatening and got only white items.

Granted I play only public matches and rate of success on Perilous  is rather low these days.

You probably don't deserve the best weapons in the game (dragon weapons) if you can't play perilous. That would be unfair to players who put in the time. Play routine/threatening, like 99% of us did, and earn enough gold to get the gear you need. Along the way you will also get promotions.

I'm not saying everyone should get a level 24 item every dragon, but there are a lot of them to get now, as well as all of the old high-level gear, so just... something more rewarding for killing dragons that what we currently get. As it stands, if you fight a dragon you spend materials, take longer to finish the game and most of the time only get a bit of gold. Even a few hundred gold would vastly improve the feeling of anti-climax.

"Deserving" has nothing to do with it. I'm in favour of better drop rates in Perilous, but it's still a pretty backwards system as it stands. Also, I don't even know if I can play Perilous, I just don't bother because I don't find it very fun. I only play with PUGs too. I should still be able to get good stuff on Threatening.

Perilous is probably not fun for you because A) You don't know how to have fun in Perilous and B) You're stuck in pug mode.

This is your problem. Beyond everything else, only playing pugs is your primary problem. Pugs aren't teams, and there isn't team building involved. No teamwork through only playing pugs above all else drops your effectiveness down many factors. Pugs suck. Make friends, build teams, conquer the game together, have more fun.

I wouldn't bother dragon hunting outside of Perilous either, because the best cost/reward ratio is in Perilous. If you can't hack perilous castle, then there's the regular threatening castle map... and there's plenty of ways to kill the dragon fast. You'll still get 'good' stuff, just not the best stuff. You don't need much to conquer threatening.

Currently two archers can drop the Dragon via their Mark within 1-3 landings. i.e. if the dragon lands once, the dragon may not take flight again.

Hell, no.

If you sacrificed your life - lol - to get 100+ on each stats, what's your problem to carry low levels?

Pointless to have all those stats if you only run with no-lifer like you, all god-like.

Routine/threatening are useless; especially if you are low levels and need to get more stats.

You can still get good stuff on threatening, but at lower odds. Is it backwards? It's pretty much the way standard weapon progression usually works. More powerful players can get more powerful weapons. I have no problem helping people out, and if you are on the ps4 I'll help you out too.

It has to, read better.

You gave an advice and I simply gave an opposite one.

Simply, don't waste your time in Routine/Threat. Struggle in Perillious, even being dead all the time, to get more exp/gold.
