I am having trouble understanding how I can post or reply on the forums. I am interested in the DAIMP forums but didn't see any instructions on how to be approved for posts. I see this here but had to go to google and search rather than find a easy how to button. I assume once these posts are approved I can post or reply normally on the forums?

I don't seem to be having your problem.
Try selecting Quote before anything else?

Tried using BB code?
[_quote name="username"_]post you want quoted[_/quote_]
Remove the underscores and fill out the content and violá. If that doesn't work, then you have technical issues and might want to try another webbrowser and see if that works better, otherwise this would be a thing for the BioWare webteam to look into.

Have you tried right-clicking quote and opening it in a different tab? That's how I got it to work.

Also, the first button that doesn't have a name, in the reply sections, next to the "Remove Format" option lets you quote. You need to keep it open .
After I tried Fidite Nemini's suggestion, I was curious of this and saw that I can quote like this.
