As people who were watching yesterday's stream will be aware, starting this week, every Friday we will be pushing minor changes to the servers. These may include ability and creature number balance (costs, damage, cooldowns...etc.) as well economy (chest RNG) tweaks.
We will go over all of the changes on our weekly Friday @10PST Twitch.tv stream: Dragons 'n' Donuts.
I look forward to hearing the feedback on the changes!

If I may make a suggestion?
I think it would be fantastic to sticky this thread to the top of the forum and recap the changes in a new post within this thread each week. This is something the ME3MP team did and it was a great way to communicate the changes for the forum folks who may not watch the stream, or forget to watch it later after work hours.
Up to you whether to leave it open for others to comment on the changes, but my suggestion would be to lock it so only you can post in the thread. People will inevitably make new threads to praise/rage about the changes anyway, if history is any indication.

The return of my least favourite ME3 feature. As I said on the twitch chat yesterday, please don't overdo this and change stuff just for the sake of being able to say you changed something. Not all of us want to redo our characters on a weekly basis.
Small changes when needed, absolutely, just don't be too heavy handed and/or change stuff "just because".
Post is not intended as a whine, though I have downed a fire resistance potion in anticipation of the flames.

The changes in MEMP were minimal save a few instances that needed to be made. Also, remember, there were far more buffs for us than nerfs during this time span.
There were more buffs than nerfs, but there were more crushing nerfs than there were huge buffs.

There were only 2 crushing nerfs (one which was rectified later) Krysae and Falcon. Both of them were ridiculous at their time and the falcon was changed to a nice utility weapon from the lawnmower that it was initially. The Tac cloak nerf was minimal even though people thought it was over the top and the Piranha is still a great weapon.
edit - let's not forget significant buffs that weapons like the eagle, saber, sniper rifles as a whole, grenade capacity, geth scanner, upping consumable limits, etc.
I vote for Spirit Blade's mana cost to be reduced to 15. Huh? What's with all the glares? >.>
