A Reaper squad-mate.

I'd say similar to ME3's CE set, but with the soundtrack as well. I love soundtracks, and would love if BioWare included it with whatever we get next. I just hope it's nothing like Inquisition's set. That thing is ridiculous, ridiculously expensive and full of cheap crap that isn't really good to have around.

Yah, still have my two litho's and a model of the SR-2. Chest bump. Geek and proud.
And like 3 t-shirts. 1 N7 sweatshirt.
Still a geek. Still proud.

Not cheap, plastic stuff like the Inquisition one. The quill wasn't a quill at all, just a plastic fake feather. The coins were plastic too. And the lock picks. The box was neat, as well as the map though,

This would be a bit mean to not CE owners, but maybe the Day 1 DLC (come on, it's going to be there, but hopefully won't be a character) could be a sort of bridge between ME4 and the ME trilogy. It could contain a few ME trilogy characters and hint to future ramifications of the plot.

Oh people will be at your door with pitchforks if something similar will happen.

Steelbook. Steelbook steelbook steelbook.
And don't do what DA: I did, which was a crappy $70 version and then a $150 version. Do the $80 one with in-game extras, steelbook and small artbook and I'll be very happy.

There should be, and likely will be.
Hopefully, the items aren't cheap and plastic, like most of the stuff that came with the Inquisitor's Edition.

It should be similar to the previous entries. Steelcase, soundtrack and small artbook. Nothing that makes too much space.
I think that there's a reason why they did that, and it came straight out of their marketing department. In the future, size matters. Not how large something is, but how small can you make it? In DA:I's case, they wanted to make a bold impact. And the packaging clearly shows that.

A few games have released a statue with their CE... Watch_Dogs, Witcher 3, Final Fantasy, did The Order 1886 or whatever release one too? Would be awesome if ME does the same

Personally I hope there are two versions like Dragon Age: Inquisition one with the in-game content, the soundtrack, and maybe a computer/phone wallpaper and another with physical bonuses with the in-game content. With the physical goods I like the idea of them being themed along the game and something to display.

Exclusive singleplayer and maybe multiplayer digital content please. I personally have no use for the physical items. Soundtracks and concept art books are cool and all but I can just get that on the internet anyway.

Soundtrack
Exclusive single player content (like armor types and weapons, not characters and plot necessary stuff)
I have no use for physical stuff.

Physical stuff would be useless to me. And multiplayer would not go as far for me because I mainly only get games for story.

One thing that just came to mind is one of those Season Passes. That seems to be a trend these days so if they're going to release a lot of DLC and a Season Pass to get it all at a discount then a Collector's Edition including the Season Pass would be great. Maybe like a $90 edition with a steelbook case, exclusive armors for your PC and squadmates, free multiplayer packs, the soundtrack, and the Season Pass.

Keep up the hope. I'm still waiting on a handwritten apology from BioWare about ME1 for making me choose between Kaidan or Ashley and for forcing me to kill thousands upon thousands of people just to beat Sovereign.

Pfft! That's nothing. Superman killed hundreds of thousands, possibly even millions just to beat Zod in Man of Steel. Are you saying you're better than Superman? Huh?!

Bioware doesn't do Season Passes. Apparently, they don't plan that far ahead.
DA:I has been out for 6 month and we've got only one DLC so far.

Oh, there are countless things much better than Zack Snyder's Man of Steel, absolutely.
