Concept and Groundrules

This is something pretty ambitious for me, so I'm not sure how well I do in capturing the character. I wanted to create a Revenant character that was meant to be an "In-your-face" juggernaut capable of playing a mixture of the S&S role and a bit of the Necromancer. Essentially, he's meant to be a more offensive S&S warrior when compared to his Templar and Legionnaire counterparts. At the same time, I understand that there needs to be restrictions on how powerful such a character can be. So, I've laid out some fundamental rules that I used to make the character balanced to some extent:

1) The Revenant is a sword and shield warrior. Given their taller physique, the length of the weapon they're using should be extended somewhat.
2) The Revenant cannot generate its own Guard
3) The Revenant will have a high amount of base health (likely the largest of any character - as of now)
4) The Revenant is immune to panic
5) The Revanant has slower stamina regen than its warrior class counterparts

Lore

Casimir was a former Templar living in Kirkwall during the time of the rebellion, leaving the order after being disgusted by the mistreatment of Mages there. After the Kirkwall Chantry was destroyed, he witnessed first-hand the atrocities committed under Knight Commander Meredith, and seeked a way to stop it. In an effort to save a innocent mage, he was cut down by his fellow Templars. In his last breath, he wished to seek justice for those who were wrongly persecuted; and so Justice the Spirit came. Now reborn, he seeks not only to right the wrongs of his fellow Templars, but also the wrongs of Vengeance in destroying the Chantry and bringing about the Mage Rebellion.

There might be a better story somewhere out there, but this is what I got. Now onto the skills.

General Ability Info

The Revanent has two trees: Martial Judicator and Righteous Foundation. The Martial Judicator tree is devoted to offensive skills and passives, while the Righteous Foundation tree focuses in survivability and support. Tying these two trees together is the Revenants innate ability: Legion of Justice.

Legion of Justice: Whenever the Revenant kills an enemy in melee combat, he takes the the victims soul and has them act on his behalf as a Soul of Repentance; which orbit around the Revenant. Each Soul regenerates the Revenant's health by 14 points per second, and passives taken in either tree increases the amount restored so as to keep the Revenant in the fight.

Legion of Justice is modeled after the utilitarian nature of Biotic Orbs for the Volus in Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer, and can be utilized in multiple ways for the Revenants benefit (which I'll detail later)

Abilities (I'm not very technical with designs, so I'll list a number to rank how far down the skill tree each skill/passive goes)

How long do you plan on having the souls be active? Untill used?

It sounds alot like the Vorcha from a regen perspective. 20hp/sec is quite a bit, and you want that to scale to 80hp/sec

The Souls are active indefinitely until used via an ability. The Revenant is going to have a higher amount of base health, and no means to generate guard. This means his health bar is all he has, and so he needs a reasonably amount of health regen. I was actually about to change one passive in each tree so as to bolster the amount of health regen since I completed neglected it when making the passives. My numbers could be wrong, I'm not too sure. I wish there was a place I could find out where the base health of every MP character was.

(Update): Done. I tacked down the health regen from 20 to 15 HP/sec. I changed two passives so that one increases your health regen after killing an enemy (Martial Judicator), while the other one increases the amount restored when his health is low. Lastly, I changed the upgrade for Mirror of Integrity so that you get some health back when you launch one of your Souls at an enemy.

I'm wondering if I should change the health regen to a percentage of total health instead?
