I was just wondering if it was possible to get all of the codex entries? Not in one go, obviously, given the Inquisitor/Specialization/Plot related entries, but do they roll over from one play through to the other?

No, they do not roll over. It is impossible - by design - to 'fill' the codex completely because they do not roll over between Inquisitors. They have to do this because the codex entries themselves change depending on the World State, and depending on which Inquisitor origin you play.
