Hey I've been trying to find the helmet that goes with the foot soldier armor and the wiki gives me no information except that it's called the gladiator helmet. How would I go about obtaining this helmet?

Hey I've been trying to find the helmet that goes with the foot soldier armor and the wiki gives me no information except that it's called the gladiator helmet. How would I go about obtaining this helmet?

I found this helmet during " Here lies the Abyss " quest in random chest 5 minutes ago. This is the first time I saw it, so I guess loot % is pretty low for it.
