It's like he was stuck in a blender and turned into another Saren! Is there ANY way of keeping hm normal? Cause he was my favortie character in the first one. If this is the only way I can have him, I aint gonna use him...

What do you mean normal? He spent two years fighting the worst criminals around. His whole team was wiped out and now he's been recruited for a mission that he will almost certainly die on. He was very 'rogue' leaning in the first game unless you set him straight. Without your presence for the past two years guiding him, he succumbed to the renegade instincts inside.

Yeah, admittedly stuck on that hell-hole for a good year or so, you're morals are going to change.

But as you find from him, he did not want to kill Sidonis so there was still good in him.

......no.....

He's still "bend the rules to get the job done" Garrus. Just more than a little traumatized now after losing all of his own personally recruited dream team because a trusted ally betrayed him. How is he like Saren at all?

Uh, no. I meant his face and body. Is there a way to keep him from getting shredded by that stupid gunship near the beginning of the game?

Nope.. I was hoping electrocuting that batarian engineer but that only takes a percentage out of the armour.

I'll always stand by Garrus and my crew no matter what happens to them.

The thing I don't like is that he still has blood all over him after many missions what is he doing

His alternate outfit has battle damage as well. That isn't blood, they are scorch marks where the canons of that gunship ripped through him.

the part i dont like is we have all that stuff to upgrade normandy and weapons, but nothing to fix garrus' armors. I like the new garrus tho, he is like saw mant things and got more mature.. and badass.

Yeah, he is pretty baddass. I just wish there was a way to keep him from getting shot by that gunship...

I like Garrus a lot more now. I thought Garrus in ME1 was bland, flat, and boring. I like how Joker put it, he pulled the stick out of his ass, and now he's beating people to death with it.

Garrus basically became Batman, which is awesome. He also grew a personality (something he lacked before), which is equally as awesome.

There's a Renegade interrupt at the gunship before you meet up with Garrus, but I'm not sure if it affects that specific part of the encounter. (Though it should)

Nah, just makes it easier to kill, Garrus still gets pulped.

Then you're out of luck. Or should I say, Garrus is out of luck. :P

Nope, he will be Mr. Turian Scarface whatever you do.
I have stopped using him after I realized his armor cannot be repaired and his face alwas be like this.

If you have found any means to change it, please tell me.
Even his changed outfit is marked.

To me, the wounds are an important part of how his character has developed. He bears the physical and emotional scars of his time on Omega.

I like the new look and all, and the new attitude, but I think the med-bay upgrade should treat his scars as well - though, sadly, it doesn't.

No way. The scars add character; not that he needed it, but it's icing on the cake. Garrus is a deep, multi-layered character open to all kinds of psycho-analysis. Daddy issues, vigilantism, a dark streak born from....well, I really hope we find out in ME3.

Garrus looks cooler and sexier now. That's why unattached female Shepard picks him above the other 2 tossers aboard. I just wish he loyal armour was fixed. Why would he get new broken stuff, that's stupid!

So the OP doesn't want to use Garrus because of his scar (which IMO opinion makes him look even better)
I'm sorry OP but your an idiot.

I think that there needs to be an optional means of fixing the scar or not in-game. If you can heal Shepard's scars over, then you should be able to fix Garrus too. Not all of my Shepards would. In fact not all players would. I just think the option should be there--maybe if there's a DLC that is more Garrus-oriented, it would allow for the healing of the physical scars as well as trying to deal with some of the emotional ones.
