On PC they are updated, at least in my language.

Strangely in my polish version there is no change. Tooltips are old, I've even tested walking bomb and it's still cost 65 mana.

Looooooooooooool. I see you fell for it too. A fighter runs away from extra drug testing, amd that doeam't set off alarm bells? Loooooooooooooooool. He gets schooled either way. Develop a good jab, and learn to actually cut off the ring, and he might have had a shot.
