Saved up 12M credits. Spent 10M on PSP and arsenal packs and only got one UR weapon upgrade after all this (but heaps of ammo IV)
Spent 1.2M later and got 5 (yes 5) UR upgrades from 12 reserve packs!

Just an update in case the Reserves Pack (5 UR for 1.3M credits was a fluke).. Bought some Bioware points,.....3 more UR upgrades for about 1M credits.
If you've got all tbe characters, common & uncommon weapons, looks like reserve packs are the way to go. I even unlocked 2 URs
Listen to Capn and read what they linked. A thorough (and actually statistically significant) analysis has been done by BSNers already on this.
TL:DR version is that, as far as URs go, arsenal and reserves are about equal and slightly better than PSPs, and all three are better than basic spectre packs.
Vyking_888, you are not telling us anything new here. Hell, it wouldn't be new years ago. You are also wrong in a few points. Also, I don't see why you need to tells us in the first place... can't you just update your facebook status or tweet about it to your followers? They might be more interested in what you have to say...

I hereby proclaim that this thread should now be about strip poker.
Girls should have their clothing nerfed. With the average guy you have a shirt, pants, underwear, socks, shoes. So 5 items of clothing or 7 if you count individual socks or shoes (and who the **** does that? Are you going to be the wanker sitting there in a single sock?) Girls on the other hand have a shirt, pants/skirt/shorts, bra, panties, socks, shoes, and various other accessories. Don't even get me started on the better decision making.

This is just another thread that makes me think i could of saved myself alot of grief if you came around sooner.
I once got 11 UR upgrades out of 13 PSPs on a single buying spree. Obviously lots of back to back and even two double UR PSPs.
The RNG gods must have heard my prayers that day and granted me the gift of the lucky numbers. I wished I had played the lottery though.
I had also sacrificed a Quarian and dedicated her jiggly bumbums to the RNG gods just before that though, might have had something to do with it.
I feel like this is just another way for me to click on some shady site for more hits...
