How long till next DLC? Another 6 months?

That's actually not true. The mp dlc came about 7 months in on me3 also. I am almost positive but look it up.

 

At this point in comparative lifespans, ME3MP is up to Earth, and a couple of months from Retaliation.

DLC is heavily in favour of ME3MP at this point in content terms.

 

 

ME3MP’s DLC:

Main game (9/3/12):  6x maps, 18x characters, 35x weapons, 3x difficulties
Resurgence (11/4/12):  2x maps, 6x characters, 3x weapons, 4x items
Rebellion (30/5/12):  2x maps, 6x characters, 3x weapons, 1x new objective, new equipment slot
Earth (18/7/12):  3x maps, 6x characters, 3x weapons, 5x mods, 11x gear, 1x new objective, Platinum difficulty
Retaliation (9/10/12):  15x new enemies, 16x new characters, 3x weapons, 6x gear, 3x ammo, hazard map variants, Challenges
Reckoning (27/2/12):  6x characters, 7x weapons, 2x gear

 
DAMP’s DLC:
Main game (21/11/14):  3x maps, 12x characters, ??x weapons, 3x difficulties
Destruction (15/12/14):  map variants, 7?x animals
Dragonslayer (5/5/15):  1x map, 3x characters, High Dragons, 7x weapons

I hope not! I stopped playing awhile back because i got burned out from the lack of content. I really enjoy the MP, they just need to keep it coming at a steady pace, otherwise the same will happen again.

Thx for the timelines.

 

The reason why so many people stopped playing DAI MP is the lack of content. I really hope Bioware can come up with a faster cycle or DAMP is dead in the next 2 months.

 

Giving us one additional map in 6 month just doesnt work.

Im sure some people, like Luke exactly know why so many people left DAI MP, the question is:

 

Will the EA bosses give the DAI MP team the resources they need or do the just laugh with our money because we already bought the game.

 

I mean Bioware promised us many MP DLC's and after the sucessful ME3 MP I was really looking forward to a good MP Experience.

No, they didn't, and if you believe otherwise you'd need to cite me a source.

 

They promised us to support it longer than ME3MP.

 

Which is ongoing.

I think the 3 characters suffice for a great while (6 months easily), since I never found the old characters to be too few. They are very unique from one another, and still hardly anyone I came across had mastered playing with all of them. I'm glad when joined by certain vanilla characters, since some of them are still very rarely used.

 

The new map is great and should ensure some fun times in the near and semi-near future.

 

The only thing I definitely can't stand for another 6 months are the three enemy factions. Please add Darkspawn, Bandits, Karta Dwarves, Hostile Apostate Mages, Freemen of the Dales, Tal-Vashoth / random evil Qunari faction or the freaking roving gang of kitchen rats from the Human Noble origin story. I really don't care what you come up with (though Darkspawn still seems like the most equal and meaningful option), I know the balancing is gonna be off, and I know it must be quite the effort, but you got a chance to make up for something that I sorely missed even in the SP. Just give something different to pin cushion/blow up/choke to death/evaporate.

 

 

...sheesh, I am messed up.
