Bewteen Origin, BSN and this forum I have three different names. I'd like to clean up this mess, but I'm not sure if I can do that (and if I can, then I'm not sure how).

 

When I first registered here at the BSN in December 2009 (it was the old BSN, but not its predecessor, the old Bioware forum) I registered as "Allerleihrau".

 

Now I'd like to change this names to "e-ver" (so it matches my Steam account, I'm sick of all those different names). I've been able to change my name here in the new Bioware forum. But on the old and new BSN site (http://social.bioware.com/) and accordingly also at the N7 HQ it still says "Allerleihrau".

 

Is it possible to change this? Or would I loose my registered game content? Would my BSN profile still be linked with my Origin account? Or would I just mess things up even more?

 

Thanks in advance to anyone giving me advice and sharing knowledge. I know it's just a minor thing and not stopping me from playing my Bioware games, but I'd prefer to be rid of all those different IDs. (Changing my Origin ID will be the next step, but I don't want to start this, until I've cleaned up here at BSN)

You can change your display name, not the name of your account.

Assuming you are logging in with the same email/EA account it would just be your username that changes.

For Origin you should be able to change your username/ID using the client, not sure if they let you do that one the Origin website.

It isn't possible to change your username on the BSN.

So in short, changing your name shouldn't affect anything assuming you are using the same account on all the sites.
