I would settle for being able to carry two pistols and not dual wield. Are two holsters really that ****** hard to come up with in the ME universe?
Exactly what I was thinking.
I'd just open up the 5 weapon slots for all weapons, that way you could carry two pistols, two SMGs or any other combination you want. Dual wielding would still be nonsense though. You wouldn't hit anything if you tried. ^^
Actually, I'd go a step further and change how all the weapons work. Forget thermal clips, they all use ammo. Which makes a lot more sense regarding the Falcon, Scorpion and Typhoon, among other guns. I'd also remove the weight limit, instead I'd introduce power requirements. Each gun draws power from you/your suit. This in turn slows down the recharge of the abilities you could use through your omni-tool or your biotic implant.
Or take it even further: Your shield strength/recharge rate depends on your suit power, too. Although that would work better in single player, because there you can change/upgrade your armor.
Anyway... still got lots of ideas.
