I'm having this issue as well, no matter which custom image is selected nothing changes, now I have no avatar.
Edit: Importing an image through a URL still functions.

It's under the option to import from a file.

I know where it's located. It's the knowledge to do so that I'm lacking( I have no idea how to use it ).It's under the option to import from a file.

It is an issue caused by the latest IP.Board security patch. Hopefully will have a fix for it soon.

I'm on a tablet. I only have the option of saving an image.Find a picture you like, right click on it and select copy image location
