Do nice gals really exist

Why is it that when I was in my early to mid 20s I had tons of women I could have pursued but now I'm much older they either turn out to be nutty in the bad way or run away when you try to initiate some kind of conversation.  
 
I never had this problem when I was younger.

BSN phycology, sorry, but my thoughts; What kind of differences are you talking about? You were young and now you are not? Younger women are looking through young eyes and probably looking more along the lines their genetic instructions provide. Older women usually have life experience to draw upon and while they my still have the genetic instructions, they are more inclined to depend on their intellect.

My wife and I have been together for 10 years, from our mid 20s. Those things that brought us together were important, looks, sex, compatibility, and while the first 2 are still important they are not as important as the 3rd. She/ we know how to make each other laugh or when to shut up and let the other alone. The difference is we made the decision to peruse each other while in your mid 20s you apparently did not want that kind of relationship.

Now you are faced with finding out what the new requirements are in a changing world.

Only wish I had that experience. Remember "dating" a girl (long distance) for about a year and she was fairly young. Nice, but they are younger, not full developed in a real cognitive sense in some ways. 

 

Well I'm in my late 40s and the women closer to my age seem nice enough to talk to but that's about all. At leas the 25 yr olds have a spirit of fun and adventure..

 

I thought the women closer to my age would be a better fit but obviously not.

When I get to your age, the only reason why i'd date women my age is if I couldn't pull any of the younger dames.

A 25 years old girl can be quite wise and educated in life. You won't get anything better by looking for 33 years old girls, really.

 

I myself as a man haven't changed much mentally since 2 years ago. I'm grown up enough... slight changes in my life are completely practical. My PoV and ideas have hit stagnation because they're almost perfect.
