Been happening to me all day. The match will end and the entire team is ranked as usual, but there is no medal breakdown, e.g. gold medal for 15+ kill streak.
Anyone else report this?
Happening on ps4.

This is a server side error I believe. This used to occur frequently in certain periods. They'll fix it soon enough. Don't worry, it is cosmetic, and you'll still get credit.
