Damage=350.0
But, on Platinum (out of cover), impact would then be 350x3x1.4=1050. That is if it wasn't overridden. So I don't know what the deal is. Would work I guess if DOT was higher than thought, although that makes the health damage taken a bit strange.
Someone with a mem tool, or who is more efficient going through unrealscript, or who maybe already knows the answer should chime in I guess.
