Can anyone tell me the difference between the two, resolution aside?  I have both and am thinking of tying the game on the 360.  I thought someone said some tim ago that the One has dialogue issues with party banner.  Can anyone tell me if that is true and tell me what you think of the game on the 360?

I've got the Xbox One and have had no issues with party banter it fires as much as on any other platform. The 360 game has a few features missing to combat it's lack of memory. The One plays the game effortlessly as the game looks and plays pretty sweet on it.

 

If the games are selling at around the same price the Xbox One will be the better option in my opinion.

If you have both you should get game for XBONE. Lot less buggy, less freezes and crashes, game looks lot better and things hasn't been cut from the game unlike in XBOX360 version. There shouldn't be much texture pop-in's either. Though some folks have problems with XBONE version, it's lot less than XBOX360 version where some people can't play the game even still over how broken it is.

What is cut from the 360 version?  Cut scenes or gameplay?

Freckles and Scars are cut from the character generator. Cut scenes and gameplay are the same

Also the 360 hair has a super glossy shine to it.

As someone who purchased a hard-copy of the Deluxe Edition of DAI for Xbox 360 at launch, I recommend getting DAI for the Xbox One but waiting until a GOTY version (that includes all DLC) is eventually released.  You will get the game and all of the available Single Player content at a reduced cost and almost all of the bugs / glitches should be patched out by then.

Neither, mostly graphical and aesthetical things. Details, scars, freckles from some races (qunari and dwarf I think), random NPC's etc. Well there is fading black during tactical cam while recentering to character that some don't like and can somehow affect gameplay I guess.

Of the 2 MS consoles, definitely XB1.  I still use both of them myself, but this game needs the new gen.  Pretty much a no-brainer if you have both, and haven't bought the game already.
