So I redeemed the code and made sure the email is linked to my gamertag. I even downloaded the armor and weapon to my xbox. What I can't figure out is where they are in game? Can anyone help me? Not in the armory, captains room or personal terminal. Do I need to start a new game?

No one really knows why this is happening honestly I'm having the same problem and so are some of my friends its weird. Best thing to do is wait for some new info about it and wait to see if it will be fixed I'm sure it will be fixed soon enough but if not everyone with this problem is screwed thanks to Bioware but oh well only thing that looks useful from that DLC is the gun armor blows.

It worked for me... I'm wearing it now. I entered the code in the 'Redeem' section of this site and it showed up in the Armor Locker thing. Now if only I can find where they hid my Blood Dragon armor....

they should appear as a message first in the private terminal of your ship.. then you can view/equip them already in the armor/weapon terminals...
