Please EXP system for multiplayer the same as gold, if someone is disconnected they will gain exp and gold

After 10 straight games being disconnected I was forced to do something ( post something ) I'm losing life time with this damn problem this is happening frequently since the launch ( started playing again because of " improvements " ) , simply change the experience system to get even being disconnected or out of the match . Please, Please i beg you solve this problem!
