Anyone that can confirm this? Or has it been patched. So i don't have to spend endless hours trying to farm for this.

Yeah. I think i got the drop two days ago. Post patch Fade Touched Varghest Scales are replaced with, and are identied as Fade Touched Gurn Hide.
I don't know if it's because i had collected the FT Varghest Scales pre patch, but they're still identified as such under the inventory section while they're properly named FT Hardened Gurn Hide when i view them while mastercraftng.
