I know the games are finished and most of the dlc was great but could we get a few more dlcs featuring interactions between the crew and shepard or even maybe a place online where players from all over the world can hang out and talk to each other without the need for combat? such as a bar or club or even a mansion type apartment just a thought

You said it yourself. The most we'll be getting (if at all) is a remaster and I doubt it would include anything more than remastered visuals and all the DLC we already have.
I've never known a game company to go back on an old project and release new content for it. Except Microsoft with AoE II, which is just silly imo
