I love everything about this game, and was so excited to play a Qunari. So it was really saddening to find that after two play throughs (just to make sure) that the Qunari are seriously lacking in the armor department. After both play throughs it was obvious that my Qunari could only wear the same 3 styles of armor. I was either locked out due to race, or every other armor I could wear was just one of the 3 styles. I was really hoping for more variety, and maybe even some more racial themed armor. Iron bull talks about how Qunari don't wear a lot of armor u less they're going to war, and while I know that the playable Qunari aren't part of the Qunari it would have still been nice to have some armor that reflected the culture. Is this something the DA:I team is aware of and trying to fix? I really hope so because the lack of customization for Qunari really lowers the replayability for me personally.

Yeah, would have loved to have qunari styled armor for qunari as well, if only a couple like the dalish get. It would have fit my qunari well if he could have been shirtless and covered in war paint like the ones in DA2. But that's just an added disappointment to not even being able to have him have a slightly longer haired hairstyled like in DA2.

I don't think it's something they are going to 'fix' because it wasn't made accidentally. They just simply didn't make many armor for qunari.

Body war paint would be awesome! I'm trying to stay an optimist and hope they'll add some stuff with a DLC or something!

The Qunari Inquisitor definitely got the short end of the stick. They got the least armor and CC options of any of the races.

It's probaply cause they were added last as race that they lack in armor departments (like in other deparments too). Such shame though, considering that they are only unique race in Dragon Age that BW has created, considering how elves and dwarves are mainstream in fantasy games (not even speaking about humans).

The lack of them is actually explainable, though. The story takes place far from "Qunari lands", after all. So the fact that they are very rare or almost impossible to find is believable.

Explainable in-universe, sure. But it's poor game design. You shouldn't have such an asymmetry in terms of CC and equipment options. Players shouldn't feel like they're being taxed for the privilege of playing a certain race. Either you give racially specific armours to every race, or no race. Humans should not have access to double or triple the number of armours available to Qunari. It doesn't add anything to the player experience except frustration and disappointment.

There's not one armor appearance I like on my Qunari warrior. They all look pretty fugly and lazily designed. It kinda ruined the game experience for me, having to run around the entire game in armor I hated. Some decent full plate would of been nice, or something more Qunari culture in look.

The  first Inquisitor I played as was a Qunari, and I hoped for some unique armour designs for them. But then quickly found no such schematics for them. Humans and Elves had their own, heck the Dwarves got some, so why not the Qunari?

Here's hoping Bioware will include some Qunari schematics in a DLC of some sort.
