haven't received my product key via EAstore digital deluxe purchase

hi there,

i bought the digital deluxe version of the game via the EAstore, and everything worked fine, including the download of my bonus items ( after some tinkering and the help of the great faq here ). 
but there is still one problem...
i haven't received a product key, and as such can't register the game, and can't download the "stone prisoner" and "warden's keep" dlc's... even after careful search i can't find any promo code or key whatsoever :(

I have the same problem (I live in the Europe btw, game went live here today), however I also can't connect to ea core.



I haven't checked the manual yet for a key though, though I doubt there is anything interesting in there. Currently at work but I'll check when I get back home.



Anybody else experiencing this problem btw? Or even better, anybody with some answers?

I live in europe, too, Germany



Already checked the downloadable manual, and as expected, there is nothing of interest... However, I successfully found a key with which to register my game on the bioware social network.



EA Store -> Support -> Show Order Information -> There i put the number of my order and my password, and it showed me at least some kind of code.



As i said, with this i registered my game on the Bioware Social Page... But for some reason this didn't change anything about my registered game promotions, so still no help for my actual problem :(

Can any European maybe post here if they can already play?



Maybe the game just didn't go live yet and we have to wait a bit longer.

I live in the Netherlands btw, not sure if that's relevant though.



Also I purchased the Deluxe Digital Download from the EA store.

I downloaded the Digital Deluxe Edition from EA Store and the game is working just fine for me, but I haven´t recieved the redeem codes yet tho.

I have the same problem. I'm European, from Spain, and i haven't recieved the dlc codes, and a friend of my city has the same problem. :S

Yeah, I can play it, but the email with the promised codes hasn't come.

Same here, I'm from Spain and after managing to find a workaround for an installation issue I can play normally. I've got the bonus items from Character Creator and Journeys but still didn't receive the redeem codes for Warden's Keep or Stone Prisoner. Since everyone in Europe seems to have the same problem I guess we'll have to wait for EA to send us the codes. Maybe they'll arrive today on our mails? :?

I hope so. :S At least we can already play, those poor souls in the UK still have to wait.



I do wonder exactly how large these regional EA Store customer service departments in Europe are, if some people haven't gotten a response in over 24 hours.

Yeah, me too (Spain)



Playing without flaws but no sign of the bonus DLC, apart from the lucky ring which you get after registering the game in this site. The armor, the quest for the golem companion, etc are missing. I guess we can only wait for EA to send those Promo Codes by email

I have the same problem. I have bought and installed the Digital Deluxe Edition(German) from the EA Store. But i haven't received any mails or information with the Preorder and Bonus-Item-Codes. :(

Same here in the UK, although the game doesn't unlock for another 13 hours. The original pre-load email said a following email with the DLC codes would be sent no longer then 48 hours later. It's now 73 hours later...



No answer from EA Store support.

That will be good if it happens. Why don't they just put this info on the website, or email us all to let us know?!
